Local Man Arrested for Beastiality

A 50 year old local man turned himself in to Monticello Police, Wednesday morning, after MonticelloLive posted a surveillance photo of him online, Wednesday.
Lonnie J. Moore was arrested on the charges of Beastiality (with a horse) and Criminal Trespassing.
The event allegedly took place Sunday night.
Moore is being held on $1200 bond and is also on a no-bond Parole Warrant.

This makes me sick. Animals are much more moral than most people. No one mess with my child or my animals. This man is very sick.
That is animal cruelty, the torturing of a horse is a felony, with six years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.

Someone has to really have a mental issue to have the need to be with an animal. I’m not condoning this, but I’m glad it was an animal. With a mental state such as this, it could have been a child or an adult who could have been hurt badly. I hope he gets the help he needs before someone gets hurt.

These “funny” comments need to be deleted. This is very serious and shouldn’t be made light of. Animals have emotions and feelings just like humans do. They actually have more humility than we do.
