Lester Ray Riegel, 57, of Monticello died April 9, 2014 at Baptist Medical Center In Little Rock. He was born November 20, 1959 in Little Rock.
He served in the United States Air Force and he enjoyed his farming job for many years. He is preceeded in death by his mother; Arthie Woodruff, stepfather; Bill Woodruff, and his father Kenneth Dale Riegel and infant daughter, Wendy Riegel.
Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Janice, 4 sons, Phillip of Florida, and Charles, Caleb, Jacob Riegel of Monticello, 2 daughters Melissa Riegel of Florida and Marcie Riegel of North Carolina. He is also survived by 3 brothers, Jimmy, wife Carolyn, of Lonoke, Benny, wife Lisa, of Greers Ferry, and Ricky, wife Effie of West Helena, one sister, Darlene Johnson, husband James of Florida and a host of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many friends and extended family.
