Update – “Stolen & Wrecked Vehicle” Wasn’t Stolen

This Ford super duty pick up truck was reported stolen and wrecked early Sunday morning.
It was wrecked, but was not stolen, according to reports from the Drew County sheriffs department.
Randal Fox, age 20 of the Greenhill community, admitted to DCSO investigators, Sunday afternoon, that he was the driver of the truck when the wreck occurred.
Fox was ticketed for careless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

Vehicle Reported Stolen & Wrecked

Around 12:30, Sunday morning, a Ford super-duty pick up truck was found rolled on S. Wilmar Rd. near Old Warren Road.
When deputies contacted the owner at his home in the Greenhill community, he reported the vehicle was apparently stolen.
Rods Wrecker towed the vehicle to their shop, as deputies investigated the reported crime
