I understand chances and all but more than 1 DWI I mean come on…4? Why was he allowed the 2nd or 3rd or my gosh a 4th? That’s insane and should suffer very high punishment what y’all waiting on vehicular man slaughter or run over a pedestrian and kill em…i mean a drunk behind a wheel should be charged with something like knowingly operating under the influence with a deadly weapon a revoke driving priveledges and a fine big enough they can’t afford to even buy alcohol…im just blown away by seeing more than 1 offense on ppl…whats the point in even making it illegal if it’s just an open door for then to repeat..should be behind bars for such ignorance!!!
