Employees of the Southeast Arkansas Educational Co-operative stood at the intersection near the armory with banners supporting the Troops.
Sheriff Mark Gober, the Monticello Fire Department, Fire Chief Steven Faulkner, and a local police officer escort the Troops out of Monticello.
Families and supporters lined the armory’s parking lot and nearby roadways.
Local citizens show their support for the 39 as they traveled by.
