Hard rock Christian concert coming to Monticello
Published by Jeff December 12th, 2006 in News.
Hardcore Christian rock band, As Cities Burn, will play in Monticello on December 20 at the Veteran of Foreign Wars building in McCloy Park. The cost is $5.
ACB has travelled with the Vans Warped tour and have performed mainstage at several Christian festivals. They are widely recognized and one of the most popular rock bands playing today.
Also playing will be the band Sean.Michel.
The band is based out of Little Rock and is gaining a name for delivering a spiritual quality to their artistic brand of rock. Two other bands featured that night are playing as well - India and Strike the Choir.
Concert starts at 7:30 p.m.

I think it’s a great idea to have musical groups come to Monticello.
Wow! I can’t believe I will have to miss it. You can’t beat that low cover charge!
***Also, I wonder if the organizers know that the VFW venue may, in fact, be too small. There could be a BIG turn out for these guys!
I say I must agree with Mark-that sounds like an event that will draw quite a crowd!
it’s about time! Who’s sponsoring it?
Their myspace site said 700p I was wondering the correct time.
I’m so excited about this concert! It’s great that one of our up-and-coming local bands has the chance to play with a signed band. Great rep and great fun for all of us! Come out and enjoy!
Can you come to India to perform?
Thanks
Sharon
