2 Wrecks at 6 AM, Please Drive Cautiously

At 6 AM, this morning, Monticello Police were dispatched to 2 separate car crashes, the first on 425 N. at McDonald’s, the second at Gaines and Hyatt Streets.
Based on traffic flow, it appears that the black Chevy impala was attempting to turn at McDonald’s, when it collided with a southbound work truck.
Indications appear that the Chevy pick-up was eastbound on Gaines Street, as the southbound Mitsubishi Outlander, was attempting to turn east, when they collided.
Reggies Wrecker removed both disabled vehicles, one was “next on the list,“ the other was “owner’s choice.”
