Suicide is definitely something that needs to be discussed. As someone who has lost loved ones to suicide, this needs to be called what it is, a disease! It is an illness, that needs to be treated. Until we find a way to to remove the stigma of death by suicide, loved ones left behind will continue to hide their loss in shame. And the people who take their own lives will continue to do so, because shame will keep them from seeking help. Thanks for the time and effort you made to acknowledge this disease. I will always speak out for suicide awareness. Let’s make an effort to remove the stigma! I’ll be glad to help!
So informative for the public. Maybe a regular topic weekly or monthly would be beneficial! Like “Mental Health Monday’s. “
