DCDDC’s New $2.5 Million Facility Groundwork Taking Shape

new Drew County Developmental Disabilities Council facility, at East College and South Hyatt Streets.
The new $2.5 million structure will allow the DCDDC to continue the many services that they provide to Drew and surrounding counties, that earned them last year’s Monticello/Drew County business of the year

$2.5 Million Bid for New DCDDC / Sesame School Building

Massey Construction of Mabelvale,
submitted a bid of $2,573,870, the apparent low bid, for the construction of the Drew County Developmental Disabilities Council’s new facility, which will be located on the northwest corner of their property on S. Hyatt St., near College St.

The DCDDC was honored as the 2010 Monticello/Drew County business of the year by the Chamber of Commerce / MEDC.
